Sibylle Brauneis is new Director Licensing & Home Entertainment at MM MerchandisingMedia
Munich, 14 August 2006. Sibylle Brauneis has been appointed Director Licensing & Home Entertainment at MM MerchandisingMedia. In this position at the ProSiebenSat.1 Group’s merchandising division, the 33-year-old will be responsible for all licensing and home entertainment activities connected to the TV ancillary rights of the station brands and report directly to the chairwoman, Sabine Eckhardt. In addition, her field of responsibility will include the stand-alone license properties from the product portfolio.
Up to now, Sibylle Brauneis has been Deputy Head of Sales at MM MerchandisingMedia and, since 2004, responsible for establishing and expanding the home entertainment activities of the licensing company.
After studying languages at “Sprachen- und Dolmetscher Institut München”, she began her professional career in 1992 at Buena Vista International, where she became Deputy Head of Sales for movies marketed by the company.
